Description
The Cord pendant light from German designer Werner Aisslinger is a blend of contemporaneity and tradition. It's made up of a two-tone sphere made by combining two ridged, blown-glass spheres which are connected by a black metal ring. The lower element is transparent, whilst the upper element is coloured. These alternating colours and transparencies give the Cord Lamp the perfect balance between past and present. The Cord pendant light creates a warm, embracing light. The glass shells are created by master glass-blowers. Given the hand-crafted manufacture of the glass, any air bubbles or colour variations are added value for the design.
