A Corby flush mount ceiling light in an aged brass finish featuring sand-cast aluminium with stepped ribbed detailing and an 11-inch naturally veined alabaster dome shade. Designer note: We designed the Corby range around the contrast between raw material character and refined form. The sand-cast metal preserves the texture and subtle irregularities of the making process while naturally veined alabaster introduces softness and delicacy. On the Dome Flush Mount the broad alabaster form is framed by layered metal detailing creating a balanced sculptural design influenced by the geometry and restraint of mid-century interiors. Dimensions: 13 cm x 28 cm x 28 cm Weight: 4.2 kg IP Rating: IP44 - suitable for bathrooms and wet areas The alabaster stone contains natural veining which is unique to each piece the shade is carved from. Some shades contain prominent dark veining while others are more pure white. Every alabaster shade is unique.
