Exhibited in the London Design Fair 2019, the Paper Bag Planter is handcrafted from pigmented cement and fine sand. Its pastel colour makes a subtle statement to your home and garden. Exquisitely crafted in London, the Planter is dyed with pigments before pouring into a mould and cured for 48 hours. It is then sanded and polished to achieve a refined finish. This casting process allows for every detail and texture on the original mould to shine through and creates a playful perception on weight and materiality. Soothing on the touch and pleasing on the eye with its pastel colours, adding a subtle touch of warmth and cosiness to the home. Its versatility also makes it perfect to function as other types of vessels and display medium as well as for nurturing plants. Comes in a range of colour and sizes, with a cork base is attached to each piece to prevent scratching.
