However, even the most premium parasol is useless without a support to hold it in place - our Parasol Bases have been filled with 12kg of concrete to offer season-long strength, support and stability, while the steel pole is capable of holding parasol poles between 38-48mm in diameter. Available in two colours - choose between sleek, neutral black or classic beer garden green to create your ultimate summer garden setup!

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
