Originally designed for the Das Haus exhibition at the 2015 Cologne Fair, the Commune Coffee Table reflects on design duo neri & hu's idea of a future society, crafted from walnut with statement legs and manufactured in Portugal by De La Espada. Working from a stimulus of community and collective, neri & hu created this contemporary dining table to showcase its many legs working together to support its surface. Crafted from American black walnut wood finished with Danish oil, the Commune Coffee Table presents a natural grain that accents its fluid, round surface.
