Description
This fabulous contemporary bed frame will be focal point in any bedroom. The Cologne bedstead is upholstered in either a steel crushed velvet or a grey fabric and features a striking buttoned headboard. This frame has a sprung slatted base to give natural bounce, adjusting to where pressure is most exerted for greater comfort. Also available in an ottoman bed frame. The maximum weight load for the 4"6 frame is 300 kg, and the 5" frame is 400 kg. Please note Birlea beds are only suitable for a UK standard size mattress and the recommended maximum mattress height is 305 mm.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
