Description
Designed with families in mind, the Colin charcoal fabric 2 seater sofa is a relaxed design with soft, plump seat and back cushions. The sofa's slender arms mean the design offers more seat space for its dimensions, while its hard-wearing fabric covers cope easily with the demands of everyday life. The sofa comes with 2 matching scatter cushions and a Colin charcoal 3 seater sofa is also available.
Our Stylist Says
I really like the Colin Charcoal Grey sofa for its versatility and understated charm. Its neutral tone makes it a perfect anchor for both modern and traditional interiors, working particularly well with textured cushions, soft throws, or metallic accents to add layers and personality. It's practical too - the darker shade helps conceal everyday wear, making it a reliable choice for busy family rooms or open-plan living spaces. To style it effectively, consider pairing it with lighter-coloured rugs and accessories to provide contrast, or opt for bold, colourful cushions if you want to make a statement. Its streamlined silhouette also lends itself well to different layout configurations, whether you prefer a cosy corner or a more open arrangement.

The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
Rapid Expansion & Legacy
Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.
The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.
Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.
Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.
Innovation & Collaboration
Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.
Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
