Description
Created by Danish designer Cécilie Manz, the Workshop coffee table highlights the materiality, craftsmanship and traditional details. Sturdy, simple and elegant, this piece has a functional style that echoes the elegant concept language behind Scandinavian design. The clear-cut lines showcase the perfect finishes: The different parts are beautifully joined together. The wooden top is covered in linoleum, a natural material made from linseed oil, cork and wood powder, chalk and pigments. Soft and easy to use every day, this material stands out due to its extreme resistance and easy upkeep. The frame and base of the table are solid oak. The Workshop coffee tables perfectly slips into any living space. Designer Cécile Manz about her Workshop coffee table: "The Workshop table's design is stripped right back. The table is deliberately simple in its expression, almost archetypical in appearance, wishing to make as little noise as possible.’’
