Description

For a fusion of mid-century and japandi influences, the Clifton Dining Chair has a harmonious balance of materials. We love the mix of textures from the deep padded seat in sustainable velvet, to the natural cane backrest and a black-stained oak frame. With the blend of functionality and luxe 70s revival style, the Clifton Velvet Dining Chair works just as well as a standalone piece in living spaces and bedrooms as well as around the dinner table. For a rich depth of colour and unique softness, the velvet used in this chair is not only of the highest quality but it is made from 100% recycled PET yarns so it is kinder to the environment too.

Our Stylist Says

This chair is a fantastic addition to a range of interiors thanks to its blend of modern and classic elements. I love it for its taupe sustainable velvet, which offers a luxe feel without compromising on eco credentials - perfect for those looking to add sustainable style. It works well in both contemporary and eclectic settings, adding a touch of understated elegance. For styling, consider pairing it with natural materials like wooden tables or woven textiles to enhance its organic vibe, or use it as a statement piece in a neutral-coloured room to add warmth and texture. Practical tips include keeping it as an accent in living rooms or bedrooms, where its distinctive design can be appreciated without overwhelming the space.

About Cult Furniture

Founded in 2010, Cult Furniture's goal was to make designer future accessible to all. They offer an exciting collection of modern, stylish furniture and lighting, and with their focus on trend-led designs, Cult Furniture allows you to make a contemporary, fashion-forward statement in your space.

Origins and Evolution

Back in 2010, Cult's founder was on a mission a spruce-up for his award-winning cocktail bar, Lost Society.

However, he was met with limited furniture options that struck the right balance between trendiness and affordability. That "Aha!" moment came when he realised there's a gap in the UK for designer-look furniture without the hefty price tag.

Since then, Cult has grown significantly, with a team of over 100 professionals, the brand has positioned itself as the ultimate destination for home decor enthusiasts.

Not to mention, their expansive London showroom that promises visitors an immersive experience, made up of themed zones that reflect a distinct style or function.

They also have a mega 140,000 square foot warehouse in Essex, filled to the brim with items awaiting their new homes.

More than Just Furniture

Whilst Cult Furniture's focus is of course about bringing snazzy furniture to our homes, it's the whole experience that really gets people talking. They're not just selling furniture; they're sharing their passion for design.

Not only do they promise some of the market's most competitive prices, but they also excel in speed - offering next-day delivery for all in-stock items.

Planet-friendly, Heart-driven

Sustainability is at the forefront of Cult's operations. Their green efforts aren't just limited to sustainable materials, but also extend to every touchpoint - right from sourcing to packaging.

They prioritise durable and eco-friendly materials like mango wood, oak, beech, and ash - all of which stand the test of time, both in homes and against environmental degradation.

Packaging is another area they shine in, striking a balance between minimising waste and ensuring product protection. After all, a sustainable future is one where both the planet and people thrive.
