Description
Created by French designer Guillaume Delvigne, the Claude lamp consists of a metal cage topped by an elegant fabric lampshade. Ethereal and graphic, the openwork metal structure adds a contemporary dimension to the silhouette. This portable lamp can be placed on the ground or on a piece of furniture. Thanks to its large handle, it’s easy to carry and can be hung wherever you want: a wall hook, coat hook. Guillaume Delvigne on his work: “Above all, I look for purity and obviousness in reading an object. A certain elegance in simplicity, too. Everything starts with the drawing, which then leads to a plastic, sculptural quality of the object. I prefer soft, simple shapes with consistency for geometric shapes Straight lines and circles that I work endlessly with ruler and compass!’’.
