Description
This wonderfully ornate Morris wallpaper design from 1877 was originally printed using wood blocks to imitate Japanese Leather papers, which was a technique perfected by Jeffrey and Co. in the 1880s. Todays version faithfully reproduces some of the earliest colourways whilst introducing a new softer palette with subtle metallic highlights. Shown here in a chalk white colourway. Chrsyanthemum is a wonderfully charming wallpaper, perfect for the bedroom, living room and kitchen areas. This wallpaper is a wide-width wallpaper and you will require less rolls than a standard width wallpaper to decorate your room. This wallpaper is part of the Pure Morris North wallpapers collection. Application Method: paste the wall and then apply. Pattern match: Straight. Vertical repeat: 52cm.
