I’m a fan of the Xanadu table for its striking yet unfussy silhouette - the clear glass top lets the sculptural wood base take centre stage. It works brilliantly in contemporary or minimalist living rooms, and its low profile also suits open-plan and loft spaces. To style it, keep the surface relatively clear (a couple of curated coffee-table books or a single sculptural vase), and layer a textured rug beneath to contrast the sleek glass. Metal or ceramic accessories in muted tones will accentuate the warm timber without competing with the overall design.
