I’m a big fan of the petit no. 5 cabinet for its blend of mirrored panels and soft cream frame - it brightens a room and gives a sense of depth without feeling over-the-top. It works especially well in contemporary glamour or art-deco-inspired schemes, but the neutral finish also sits comfortably in understated Scandi or modern-classic interiors.
Styling-wise I’d keep tabletop clutter to a minimum: a slim brass lamp or sculptural vase plus a neat stack of coffee-table books. In a bedroom you could use matching units either side of the bed; in a hallway it makes a chic catch-all for keys and post. Either way, introduce a touch of texture - a woven tray or a small ceramic dish - to break up all that reflective surface.
