This wooden armchair with its solid lines and distinctive silhouette is the creation of Norwegian designer Andreas Bergsaker. The Chisel armchair refers to a carpentry tool both by its name and its shape, characterised by its generously sized bevelled wooden legs. The large curved plywood shell features fluid, enveloping shapes. Chisel appeals due to the perfection of its lines. The Chisel armchair was born from the desire to design an elegant wooden seat that stands the test of time. It offers excellent comfort while being compact and visually appealing. The Chisel armchair can be widely personalised by playing with wood species and coverings. It's a versatile lounge chair, which can easily fit into most private and public contexts – living rooms, bedrooms, waiting rooms, entrance halls, libraries, etc.
