Description

The award-winning Chicco Next2. Me Magic crib allows you to sleep next to your baby without being in the same bed. Your baby can safely sleep in the crib next to you, allowing you to respond quickly, whether for feeding, changing or night time snuggles. Boasting a one-handed sliding side panel for easy access to little one, and a rocking mode when in stand-alone sleeping mode, soothe baby back to sleep in no time. Easily attaching to most types of adult beds using the safety straps provided to enable safe side-sleeping, it has eleven height settings and clever telescopic feet so that you can also use it with beds with drawers or on divan base beds. Built with four wheels to move around the house if needed, it also comes with a travel bag for easy transportation and storage. What's included: Chicco Next2. Me Magic Mattress Safety harness kit Travel bag Please note: The height of the parents' mattress must be higher than or the same as that of the side of the crib. If this is not the case, use the adjustment system to achieve this condition on both sides.

Our Stylist Says

This crib is a practical addition to any nursery, especially within a ‘baskets and boxes’ theme that values organisation and subtle textures. I love its clean, understated design, which makes it versatile for both modern and traditional interiors. It works well in nurseries with neutral colour palettes, where you want to keep the space calm and uncluttered, but it can also be styled with soft textiles, like blankets or cushions, for added warmth. For practical styling, consider placing it on a cosy rug with storage baskets nearby for essentials, keeping the space functional yet cohesive. Its simple white finish allows it to blend seamlessly with a variety of colour schemes and decorative touches, making it a timeless piece in your nursery setup.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
