Description
In amazing hand-painted detail, this wonderfully designed cushion features long, winding, and prickly artichokes, which grow unrestricted up the cushion, before exploding into a burst of golden colour. They are surrounded by fresh, contrasting florals, set against a rich jewel-toned background, printed on soft velvet. A truly magnificent bloom to add to a modern country interior.
Our Stylist Says
This Chatsworth Artichoke Velvet Piped Cushion is a great addition for adding a touch of elegance and texture to any space. I love how the midnight colour and luxurious velvet fabric bring depth and sophistication, making it ideal for both contemporary and classic interiors. It works particularly well as an accent on a neutral sofa or bed, offering a striking focal point. Practical styling tips would include pairing it with metallics or other jewel-toned cushions for a layered look, or using it in a more maximalist scheme with mixed patterns and textures. Its dark hue also makes it versatile for winter schemes or cosy reading nooks, providing both style and comfort.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
