Description

Complete a traditional living room arrangement with this Old English brown genuine leather armchair. The design is defined by deep button tufting, rolled arms, stud detailing and turned wooden feet, giving it a confident Chesterfield inspired appearance that works beautifully in traditional, industrial and modern classic interiors. Genuine leather provides a naturally characterful surface with subtle tonal variation, helping every piece develop its own individual look over time. The matching club armchair proportions make this piece suitable for living rooms, reception areas, studies and stylish commercial spaces. Supportive cushioning offers a comfortable place to sit, while the structured arms and carefully shaped back create a balanced combination of relaxation and upright support. The Old English brown finish is easy to coordinate with warm woods, metal accents, neutral rugs and both light and dark wall colours. Built for lasting use, the piece has a substantial frame and carefully finished upholstery. It is supplied fully assembled, with only the legs to attach, keeping setup quick and straightforward. Once the legs are secured, the furniture is ready to position and enjoy. This distinctive genuine leather armchair is an excellent choice for anyone seeking traditional detailing, practical comfort and a premium statement piece that can anchor the room without relying on short lived trends.

Our Stylist Says

I love the classic charm of the Chatsworth armchair - it’s a timeless piece that works beautifully in both traditional and eclectic interiors. Its rich, vintage-inspired leather and elegant tufted design add a sense of sophistication, making it a perfect focal point in a cosy reading nook or a refined living room. For styling tips, consider pairing it with antique brass accents or traditional Persian rugs to enhance its old-world appeal, or own it in a more contemporary scheme by combining it with sleek, minimalist accessories for an interesting contrast. It’s also quite practical; its sturdy build and comfortable armrest make it ideal for everyday use while adding serious style to your space.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
