Charles Taylor Solid Wood Outdoor Grand Companion Set (2x Extra Wide Armchairs Connected with a Detachable Angled Centre Tray) with a Coffee Table, Scatter cushions, Parasol and Parasol Base. Perfect for a patio or decking area in the garden for a cup of tea and slice of cake with a friend or partner. Constructed and hand-finished at our factory in the UK and manufactured from Scandinavian Redwood. This timber grows in a cold climate and the slow growth associated with the low temperature produces a much denser, therefore more robust, wood which is perfect for outdoor Residential or Commercial Use i.e. Pubs, Parks, Care Homes, Schools etc.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
