Our Stylist Says
This Dara bar table in oak is a versatile piece that lends itself well to both contemporary and rustic interiors. The natural oak finish adds warmth and texture, making it ideal for a relaxed kitchen or a stylish home bar. It works particularly well in open-plan spaces where you want a casual yet functional dining or drinks area. To style it effectively, consider pairing it with simple pendant lighting and minimalist bar stools to keep the look clean and modern. For a more eclectic vibe, add cosy textiles like sheepskin or woven cushions on the stools. Its sturdy build and neutral tone make it a practical choice that can be easily dressed up or down depending on your overall scheme.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
