Price History
Description
Finished in matt white, the Chalet chest brings generous drawer storage to any room that needs a bit more organisation, from a main bedroom to a guest room or landing. At 82cm wide, Its footprint is generous enough to offer serious everyday capacity while still fitting comfortably against a typical bedroom wall. Each drawer runs smoothly and offers proper depth, so folded clothing, linens or general household items all have a dedicated home rather than being piled on top of each other, and the consistent matt white finish across every drawer front keeps the whole piece looking coordinated rather than mismatched. Built from quality board materials and finished to a consistent, durable standard, it's designed to withstand years of drawers opening and closing without runners sticking or fronts coming loose. Whether you're setting up a first flat, refreshing a family bedroom, or simply trying to get on top of clutter that's spread across surfaces, it offers a genuinely practical way to bring everything back under control. On the practical side, it comes with the option of professional assembly, which takes the hassle out of getting furniture built and positioned correctly. With its blend of everyday practicality and contemporary styling, the Chalet chest of drawers is a straightforward way to bring lasting, organised storage into a modern home, without needing to compromise on how the room looks and feels.
Our Stylist Says
I love this narrow chest of drawers because of its clean, minimalist look and versatile size, making it perfect for smaller spaces or as a practical storage piece in bedrooms, hallways, or offices. It works particularly well in modern, Scandinavian, or contemporary interiors thanks to its simple white finish, which helps keep the look light and airy. For styling, try pairing it with textured throws or elegant lamps on top to add warmth, or use colourful organiser boxes inside the drawers for a pop of colour and extra organisation. Its narrow footprint means it’s a great way to maximise storage without overwhelming a room, making it both functional and stylish.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
