Expertly manufactured by the master craftspeople at Carl Hansen & Son to celebrate Hans J. Wegner's centenary, this edition of the CH88. T Chair in chrome and coloured beech is a clean-lined, gently curved design that until now, existed only as a prototype. Originally designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1955, the stackable CH88. T Chair is composed of chrome finished steel legs, with a rich steam-bent beech backrest and seat. Allowing for freedom of movement while providing superior comfort, the CH88. T Chair features a lightweight curved form which makes it an ideal option for living and dining spaces. Its backrest features gentle curvatures that become resting spaces for the arms, while its stackable form makes it ideal for apartments and houses alike. The CH88. T Chair in a chrome finished steel and coloured beech finish is an excellent example of iconic Danish designer Hans J. Wegner's constant striving towards organic simplicity in his work and his desire to create sculptural beauty, comfort and outstanding stability.
