Born in 1967, Catherine Stephenson has lived in Yorkshire all her life. She began her artistic journey experimenting with watercolours, before pursuing a career in stained-glass design. More recently, her success with her watercolour and ink paintings of quirky street and harbour scenes rank her as a very popular and versatile artist. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy.
