Description
Playfully nodding to Britain's royal lineage, this crown-inspired piece is far more than a simple candle holder. Designed to capture the flicker of light, it serves beautifully as a radiant pillar candle holder, a kitchen trivet, or a refined trinket dish. It is an iconic, regal form reimagined through an industrial lens to bring warmth to your home. Each piece is individually sand-cast from iron and finished with a durable powder coating, ensuring no two are exactly alike. We intentionally celebrate the subtle irregularities born from this handcrafted process, giving every object its own unique character and soul.
Our Stylist Says
I love this crown-shaped candle holder for its bold, sculptural presence-it works especially well in contemporary or industrial interiors where it can add a touch of wit and sophistication. Its clean lines and matte black finish make it versatile enough to sit as a statement piece on a sideboard or coffee table, or even used in a more playful setting like a kids’ room or a quirky corner of a living space. Practical styling tips include pairing it with minimalist candles or clustering a few together to amplify its visual impact. It’s equally effective when mixed with other metallic or matte accessories or kept simple for a more striking look.

About Tom Dixon
From Bass Guitar to Design Guru
Tom Dixon isn't your typical designer. Starting as the bass guitarist for Funkapolitan, a twist of fate led him to the world of design after a series of motorbike accidents.
By the 1980s, he was gaining recognition with pieces like the iconic "S' chair for Italian giant Cappellini. By the 90s, his creativity brought him to the forefront of British design, even rejuvenating the Habitat brand.
But it wasn't until 2002 that the Tom Dixon brand was established, with its base in London's King's Cross. The brand, known for pioneering lighting, furniture, and accessories, quickly gained international acclaim and is now represented in 90 countries.
Master of Materials
Tom Dixon's genius lies in his ability to reimagine ordinary materials. From the early days, he transformed found objects and industrial materials into art.
Whether it's the allure of copper, the shine of stainless steel, the imperfections in hand-beaten brass, or the timeless nature of stone, Tom Dixon products always have a unique touch.
His signature products, from the Melt pendant inspired by molten glass to the instantly recognizable Beat, S Chair, and Wingback, can be found in museums like the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and MOMA in New York.
More Than Just Products
Tom Dixon's impact isn't limited to individual items. In 2007, he launched Design Research Studio, which has since redefined spaces around the world.
From the Drugstore Brasserie in Paris to reimagining the modern cruise experience for Virgin Voyages, his design agency creates immersive environments.
