Price History
Description
Playfully nodding to Britain's royal lineage, this crown-inspired piece is designed to capture the flicker of light, it serves beautifully as a radiant tealight holder or a refined trinket dish. It is an iconic, regal form reimagined through an industrial lens to bring warmth to your home. Each piece is individually sand-cast from iron and finished with a durable powder coating, ensuring no two are exactly alike. We intentionally celebrate the subtle irregularities born from this handcrafted process, giving every object its own unique character and soul.
Our Stylist Says
I really like the crown-shaped tealight holder for its bold, contemporary silhouette-it acts as both a functional piece and a sculptural accent. It's especially effective in modern or minimalist interiors, adding a touch of playful elegance without overpowering the space. When styling, I suggest grouping it with other statement objects or keeping it as a standalone piece on a mantel, side table, or console for maximum impact. Practical tip: since it’s a standalone design, positioning it at eye level or within a vignette helps highlight its distinctive shape. It works well with monochrome palettes or contrasting textures, adding a subtle but striking focal point wherever it’s placed.

About Tom Dixon
From Bass Guitar to Design Guru
Tom Dixon isn't your typical designer. Starting as the bass guitarist for Funkapolitan, a twist of fate led him to the world of design after a series of motorbike accidents.
By the 1980s, he was gaining recognition with pieces like the iconic "S' chair for Italian giant Cappellini. By the 90s, his creativity brought him to the forefront of British design, even rejuvenating the Habitat brand.
But it wasn't until 2002 that the Tom Dixon brand was established, with its base in London's King's Cross. The brand, known for pioneering lighting, furniture, and accessories, quickly gained international acclaim and is now represented in 90 countries.
Master of Materials
Tom Dixon's genius lies in his ability to reimagine ordinary materials. From the early days, he transformed found objects and industrial materials into art.
Whether it's the allure of copper, the shine of stainless steel, the imperfections in hand-beaten brass, or the timeless nature of stone, Tom Dixon products always have a unique touch.
His signature products, from the Melt pendant inspired by molten glass to the instantly recognizable Beat, S Chair, and Wingback, can be found in museums like the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and MOMA in New York.
More Than Just Products
Tom Dixon's impact isn't limited to individual items. In 2007, he launched Design Research Studio, which has since redefined spaces around the world.
From the Drugstore Brasserie in Paris to reimagining the modern cruise experience for Virgin Voyages, his design agency creates immersive environments.
