Caring for your non-tarnish silver-plated frame This product has been treated with a protective lacquer coating which will prevent the tarnishing that naturally occurs with silver plated items. In order to maintain the effectiveness of the lacquer and prevent discolouration its best to display your frame away from direct sunlight and heat. (Do not display under spotlights or on a radiator cover for example.) Avoid abrasive polishes; a regular wipe with a soft cloth is enough to maintain its shine, however, marks from general handling and sprays like polish or room freshener should be removed promptly with a soft damp cloth.

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.
