I’m a fan of the Cambridge table for its clean lines and neutral grey finish - it sits comfortably in both modern Scandinavian and rustic farmhouse schemes. The pale wood top adds warmth against the painted base, making it easy to layer in texture with a woven runner or a simple ceramic vase. Pair it with the matching bench on one side and a mix of chairs on the other to create a relaxed, lived-in feel. For styling, keep accessories minimal: a couple of candles, a small plant and a neatly folded throw over the bench give just the right amount of character without clutter.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
