Price History
Description
An original abstract painting made using gouache on paper mounted onto two adjoining panels. A 'celebratory exploration of colour', Sue Kennington's abstract artworks are each characterised by expressive, gestural brushstrokes that create a sense of movement. Originally from London, the artist now works between Rome and the Italian wilderness.
Our Stylist Says
I love the Calypso Deep print for its striking combination of deep navy and soft earthy tones, making it a versatile statement piece. It works particularly well in modern or minimalist interiors where it can add colour without overwhelming a space, but it can also bring a touch of sophistication to Eclectic or coastal schemes. Practical styling tips include layering it with neutral textiles or placing it above a simple console or sideboard to let the artwork stand out. Pairing it with brass or natural wood accents can further enhance its coastal and maritime feel, creating an inviting and cohesive look.

Soho Home's journey began from a simple love for their unique designs. The brand's inception was sparked by guests' desires to take a piece of Soho Houses with them, cherishing their favourite items from these comforting spaces.
This led to the birth of Soho Home in 2016 with their Barwell crystal glassware. Fast forward, the brand has expanded beyond just a few staples, encompassing a wide array of interior items ranging from furniture and tableware to home fragrances and textiles.
