I’m a big fan of the Burford cane table because its natural-washed finish and open-weave texture bring a light, relaxed feel without looking overly rustic. It sits comfortably in coastal, Scandi or modern-boho interiors and pairs particularly well with linen sofas, rattan armchairs or muted leather seating.
For styling, keep the top simple - a low tray with a couple of coffee-table books, a small plant and a ceramic cup works well. Use the lower shelf for woven baskets to corral throws or magazines, which also adds a touch of extra warmth and practicality.
