I’m a fan of this Calixta chair for its clean lines and the warmth of woven leather against light oak - its low, open profile makes it ideal for modern, Scandi-inspired or relaxed rustic schemes. The leather will develop a rich patina over time, so it only gets better with age.
For styling, position it beside a slim metal or timber side table and layer in a soft wool or linen throw to soften the seat. A small floor cushion at the base or a slim lumbar cushion adds extra comfort without spoiling the minimal look. It works equally well as a standalone accent in a hallway or as part of a cosy reading corner.
