Good quality and durable, the Brooklyn Collection is made with laminated chipboard which is resistant to scratches, damage, moisture and high temperatures. I’m a fan of the Brooklyn wardrobe because its mix of reclaimed-style timber panels and charcoal-grey finish adds character without feeling fussy. It suits industrial lofts or modern farmhouse bedrooms equally well and works just as nicely in a pared-back Scandi scheme where you want a touch of warmth.
For styling, keep the top clear or add a couple of low-profile baskets to maintain clean lines. Inside, use slimline hangers and labelled storage boxes on the shelf to make the most of the deep compartments. Pair it with matte-black bedside tables or a woven rug in natural fibres to balance out the heavier look of the wood.
