Our Stylist Says
I love this grey velvet sofa bed for its versatile, understated style that works well in both modern and contemporary interiors. Its neutral dark grey hue effortlessly pairs with a variety of colour schemes, making it a flexible choice for different room styles. The clean lines and subtle tufting lend it a chic, minimal appeal, while the wooden legs add warmth and a touch of Scandinavian influence. To style around it, consider layering with soft throws and patterned cushions to add texture and personality. Practical tips include keeping the colour palette muted for a restful feel, or injecting bolder accessories for a lively touch. It’s perfect for smaller spaces or guest rooms where practicality meets style without sacrificing comfort.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
