Description

Our Bourges Bookcase's carved quatrefoil design makes it a prominent feature in a living space. While its design is inspired by Gothic-Renaissance architecture, the smart shelving unit is made modern with a pale mango-wood frame, and offers plenty of space for your best-loved novels, as well displays of flowers and photos. Despite its large size, the open frame creates a more delicate aesthetic, meaning this bookcase looks at home in any space.

Our Stylist Says

The Bourges Bookcase is a versatile piece that works well in both contemporary and rustic interiors, thanks to its natural wood finish. I love how its clean lines and open design can add a sense of organisation without feeling bulky, making it ideal for smaller spaces. Practical styling tips include layering books with decorative objects or plants to create visual interest, and grouping items into sets to maintain a cohesive look. It’s perfect for living rooms, home offices, or bedrooms where a simple, understated piece can keep your favourite reads and accessories neatly displayed. Its neutral tone also makes it easy to integrate with a variety of colour schemes and décor styles.
