I’m a big fan of the bouclé tub chair for its compact footprint and soft, tactile upholstery - it slots straight into Scandi-inspired, contemporary or even eclectic schemes. The creamy boucle works beautifully against oak or black-metal accents; style it with a slim side table and a simple lamp, then layer in a cosy throw and a contrasting cushion to add depth. It’s just as at home in a snug reading corner as it is flanking a dressing table or hallway console.
