Description

Everyone needs a media unit - even if you've opted for the simplest TV-plus-viewing-box setup! This Boston Corner TV Unit is ideal for a style-conscious home - the industrial aesthetic looks just the part in a contemporary urban interior, without unnecessary adornment. The unit's chunky, lo-fi construction pairs a full-width media system shelf with a pair of metal-slide drawers - great for housing games and media controllers. The 30mm top panel can accommodate a 55" TV (40" without overlap). A smart choice.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a big fan of this corner TV unit for smaller living rooms or snug lounge corners - its muted grey finish and simple lines slot straight into Scandi, industrial or contemporary schemes. The low profile means it won’t dominate the room, while the two drawers keep controllers and cables tucked away and the open shelf is ideal for a streaming box or a neat row of paperbacks. For styling, keep the top surface uncluttered: a slim table lamp or a small potted plant either side of the screen works well. Use woven baskets in the shelf to add texture and hide games or magazines, then anchor the space with a piece of wall art above to draw the eye upwards and balance the low-level unit.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
