Our Stylist Says
This bed frame makes a striking statement with its plush velvet upholstery and rich claret hue, perfect for adding a touch of sophistication to a modern or eclectic bedroom. I love how it combines luxury with practicality, providing a bold focal point without overwhelming the space. It's versatile enough to pair with both contemporary and vintage-inspired interiors, especially when balanced with neutral bedding or darker accents. For styling, consider keeping surrounding decor minimal to let the deep colour stand out, or introduce textured cushions and throws for a layered look. Practical tips include choosing bedding that complements the velvet’s richness, like soft greys or metallic accents, and pairing it with sleek bedside tables to complete a polished, inviting vibe.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
