Description

Our Bobina Mirrors are inspired by bobbin furniture – otherwise known as spool furniture – of the late 17th century. This style had legs that were generally lathe-turned into ornamental shapes in order to make a feature of them. Drawing on this characteristic, the frame of our circular Bobina Twist Mirror is hand carved from mango wood into a pleasing spiralling shape, which is then painted vibrant red and finished with a high gloss which accentuates its form.

Our Stylist Says

The Bobina Twist Mirror in Chinese Red is a bold statement piece that adds a splash of colour and texture to various interiors. I love how the twisted rope frame offers a tactile element, making it stand out in minimalist or contemporary spaces. It works particularly well in eclectic or boho-style interiors where mixing textures and colours creates visual interest. For styling tips, consider placing it above a console or sideboard for impact, or pair it with other warm-toned accents to enhance its vibrancy. Its shape and colour also make it suitable for adding a lively touch in a hallway or powder room, bringing both functionality and character to the space.
