Description
The Birdie bobbin floor lamp in sage green is the best way to add a little sweetness to your style. Soften up your interiors with a style so versatile you could have one in every room from the nursery to the dining room. Matched with a tapered trim scallop shade.
Our Stylist Says
I love this floor lamp for its charming, vintage-inspired design with the scallop shade and tapered shape. It works particularly well in cosy living rooms or reading nooks, adding a touch of colour and character without overpowering the space. The soft blue hue makes it versatile for both classic and contemporary interiors, and the beaded base adds an extra point of interest. Practical styling tips include placing it beside a neutral armchair or sofa to create a focal point, or using it as a statement piece in a corner to brighten up the room. Pair with complementary accents like textured cushions or a cosy throw to enhance the overall aesthetic.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
