Created by Ellen Porteus, this Limited Edition BLUNT Metro is inspired by mysterious jungle landscapes paired with Ellen’s distinct use of glossy, tubular lines and contrasting colour. The design is a colourful eruption of foliage and hidden creatures. Bursting with wit, visual metaphor and wordplay, Ellen’s signature style is unmistakable. From her shopfront studio and home in Melbourne, Ellen is a true triple threat, with animation and lettering chops to complement her dynamic illustrations. “My work is all about being clever and fun. I really enjoy communicating complex ideas in interesting ways. I use super bold lines and colourful palettes mixed with wit, pattern, visual metaphor and wordplay.”
