Description
Graceful geometry characterises French designer Thomas Dariel's Blue candlesticks. For this project, he defined the space with slender, curved metal stems, illuminated with a stunning shade of indigo blue. Born from a dream of adding a dose of Dadaism into our everyday lives, the Blue candlesticks create an unexpected style out of an object that, in itself, is pretty ordinary. A poetic, playful and daring style, an ode to abstraction, Blue makes a stand against traditional candlesticks, somewhere between dynamic lines and plays on symmetry.
