Our Stylist Says
This blue distressed washable rug in navy with hints of red and orange is a fantastic choice for adding colour and texture to a variety of interiors. I love its relaxed, vintage feel, which works particularly well in more casual or eclectic spaces, as well as coastal or bohemian schemes. Its washable feature makes it practical for high-traffic areas or homes with children and pets, while the distressed finish adds character without looking too formal. For styling, pair it with neutral furniture to let the colours pop or mix in complementary tones like burnt orange or soft blush for a layered look. Its 80cm size and 5mm pile make it versatile for living rooms, bedrooms, or even dining spaces, providing comfort and visual interest underfoot.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
