Price History

Description

A collection of subtly distressed rectangular mirrors crafted from paulownia wood and finished in black with antiqued gold detailing on the inner frames. Available in three sizes, these mirrors will suit any interior space.

Our Stylist Says

I love this small black and gold antiqued mirror for its versatile, timeless appeal. It works particularly well in contemporary or industrial interiors, where the dark frame adds depth and contrasts beautifully with lighter walls, or in classic settings where the gold finish can add a touch of understated elegance. Practical styling tips include using it to create the illusion of space in smaller rooms or hallways, or layering it with other artworks for a curated look. Placing it above a console table or dressing area can also enhance its impact while reflecting light and making the space feel brighter and more open.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
