Our Stylist Says
I love this dark ceiling light for its blend of rustic charm and modern edge, making it a versatile feature in many interiors. Its wooden brown finish pairs beautifully with both contemporary and farmhouse styles, adding warmth without overwhelming the space. It’s perfect for living areas, kitchens, or even bedrooms where a statement piece is desired. When styling, consider using vintage-style or Edison filament bulbs for an extra touch of character. To keep the look cohesive, match with other wooden or metal accents, and avoid cluttering around it to allow the light and design to stand out. This fan light is not only practical but also adds a cosy, inviting feel to the room.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
