Description
Inspired by couture fashion embroidery, this design uses beading in an unexpected way by applying it to butter-soft nappa lambskin leather. The starburst design is hand-stitched in India using hundreds of bugle beads, round glass beads and metallic thread, with a large disc of crystal beads at the centre. The beadwork is gunmetal grey against black leather, which creates a subtle glimmer when the cushion catches the light. This cushion is embroidered on the front only, with a plain leather back.
