I’m a fan of the Nexus bunk for its neat, industrial-style frame and clever space-saving design - the muted grey finish slots straight into modern, Scandi or minimalist schemes. It works particularly well in kids’ rooms, guest rooms or student digs where you need a versatile sleeping solution without overwhelming the space.
To style it, keep bedding in soft neutrals or muted pastels and layer on a textured throw at the foot of each mattress. Add a couple of scatter cushions in contrasting tones to break up the grey, and pop a slim storage unit or woven baskets under the lower bed for extra practicality. A simple wall-mounted shelf or two above the top bunk will finish off the look without clutter.
