The Marquis bed is upholstered in a luxurious grey velvet and features a beautiful tufted detailing headboard. Featuring a sprung slatted base to give natural bounce, this bed adjusts to where pressure is most exerted for greater comfort. Add a touch of elegance to any style bedroom with the Marquis Bed. The maximum weight load for the 4'6 frame is 300 kg, the 5' frame is 400 kg, and the 6' frame is 400kg. Please note Birlea beds are only suitable for a UK standard size mattressand the recommended maximum mattress height is 3200mm.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
