Featuring a sprung slatted base to give natural bounce, this bed adjusts to where pressure is most exerted for greater comfort. Add a touch of elegance to any style bedroom with the Lancaster bed. The maximum weight load for the 4'6 frame is 300 kg, and 400 kg for the 5' frame. Please note Birlea beds are only suitable for a UK standard size mattressand the recommended maximum mattress height is 2300mm.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
