Price History

Description

A charming centrepiece, the Emily has beautiful curved rails and carefully designed finials to give a charming traditional feel. Constructed from steel with an epoxy powder coated paint process, the Emily is available in either a black or cream finish. This frame has a sprung slatted base giving natural bounce, adjusting to where pressure is most exerted to provide greater comfort. The maximum weight load for the 3' frame is 100 kg, all other frames is 250 kg. Please note Birlea beds are only suitable for a UK standard size mattress.

Our Stylist Says

The bed frame in a soft cream tone offers a versatile foundation that works well in both traditional and contemporary interiors. I love it because it adds a light, airy feel, making small bedrooms appear more spacious. It pairs beautifully with neutral bedding and adds warmth when styled with textured throws or layered pillows. For practical styling, consider contrasting it with darker accessories or colourful throws to bring in personality. It’s ideal for creating a cosy yet understated bedroom aesthetic, especially in relaxed, eclectic, or vintage-inspired spaces. To keep it looking fresh, stick with natural or muted tones in your bedding and complement it with wooden or brass accents for added interest.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
