"Created by the modern designer and pioneer Jacques Biny in 1957, the Biny Box wall lamp is now being reissued to delight us all. It displays an essential, minimalist and timeless design. Efficiency, simplicity and a refusal to be ostentatious are the common denominators of the work of Jacques Biny. "Biny Box" is a metal box that’s folded, cut and assembled and contains 6 fins. A sober aesthetic designed for light, a play of formal lines, curves and streaks. This reissue of the Biny Box wall lamp features integrated LED technology. It has fins that can be rotated through 50° using a wheel on the side. The fin adjustment means you can control the lighting by directing the light flow. An ideal function for the bedroom: you can read in peace without dazzling your bedfellow! When fully lowered, the fins let the light through for an intimate, relaxing atmosphere. A slit at the top of the lampshade directs a small amount of the light against the wall. The Biny Box comes in other sizes, so feel free to consult our personal adviser. ".
