Description

Start the day on a positive note and opt for the WL 75 Wake Up Light from Beurer. This smart product gently wakes you with simulated sunlight, slowly brightening up your bedroom upto an hour before your alarm is set, in order to recreate a slow summer sunrise. This helps your body to stop producing the sleep hormone melatonin and start producing the mood-enhancing hormone, serotonin, to ensure that you're bright and ready for the day ahead. The WL 75 not only boasts a sleek and stylish design, but it also incorporates multiple settings to make it a fully functional 4-in-1 product. Choose between a radio alarm, streamed music via Bluetooth, 6 wake up melodies or 4 sleep melodies to get the most out of your wake-up light. Complete with 256 nuances to control the mood light, it also features a reading lamp function and can help you to enjoy a better night's sleep as the sunset simulation gently fades out the day, while soft melodic sounds and a dimmable red night light help you to slowly drift into your first phase of sleep. For ease of use, control your WL 75 from your smartphone or portable device via the easy to use Beurer Light. Up app. It's compatible with iO. S 8.0 and Android 4.4. Please note: To create a more innovative look, this light has been designed to incorporate the LED within it. The integrated LED is not replaceable but has a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours.

Our Stylist Says

I love this wake-up light for its minimalist design and functional versatility. Its sleek, round shape and white finish allow it to seamlessly fit into modern interiors, whether placed on a bedside table, desk, or shelf. It works particularly well in contemporary or Scandinavian-inspired spaces that favour clean lines and neutral tones. I’d suggest pairing it with other soft textures and light colours to create a calm, cohesive environment. Practical styling tips include placing it where natural light is limited to maximise its impact, and using it as a subtle accent piece that offers both aesthetic appeal and functional benefits, like waking up gently with simulated sunrise.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
