Description
Relaxation and durability combine to great effect on the Bertie cushion. Rest your head against the enzyme washed cotton velvet, which is in a simple, relaxed design, while the reverse is made of a more hard-wearing cotton. The frayed, fringed edging complements the design, which is completed by a zip fastening. A great versatile cushion to add to a contemporary living space.
Our Stylist Says
I love this cushion for adding a touch of softness and subtle colour to a variety of interiors. The mauve tone works particularly well in both neutral schemes and more vibrant, eclectic spaces, offering versatility. Its washed cotton velvet finish not only adds a touch of tactile luxury but also complements cosy, relaxed settings such as living rooms with layered textures or bedrooms aiming for a plush, inviting feel. For styling tips, consider pairing it with other velvet or textured cushions in complementing shades or contrasting tones for visual interest. It’s a practical piece that brings colour and comfort without overwhelming the space, making it an excellent choice for both contemporary and classic interiors.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
